He began his practice after meeting his mentor Steven Gabriel after graduating from UC Davis with a degree in psychology with background studies in business. Robert formed RSC & Associates in 1991 and it became RSC Business Group in 2004. Over the past 34 years RSC Business Group and its affiliates have served more than 3,000 small businesses.

He believes that successful small businesses provide for individuals and families alike–and it is our duty to eliminate any barriers that stop a person from achieving their dream. He has been able to grow businesses into companies that can respond quickly to change by dealing with many human factors which are no longer addressed in our corporate environments of today. His ability to understand demographics, predict behavior patterns of people, organizations, and society has helped many companies redesign, scale and prosper.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Chun has lived in Los Angeles for more than 51 years.
